Her role extends beyond conventional titles, embodying a multifaceted approach that sets the tone for our collaborative and
innovative endeavors.

Blaisdell Shaw, our Operations Director, is an administration, site safety, and crowd control extraordinaire. She is the mastermind behind event programming and is an indispensable part of our team. With an impressive 15 years of experience, Blaisdell’s meticulous approach and keen focus on site safety have been instrumental in overseeing crowd control at events of various scales. As the creative force in charge of event programming, she designs strategic shows with the best talent, ensuring each performance is a unique and unforgettable experience for our attendees.

Carlos Jackson, our seasoned Site Operations Manager with 20 years of experience, adeptly coordinates and executes site plans, setup, and strike, consistently delivering flawless and punctual results. He has led crews of 500+ team members.

Francesca Jarrett, our Marketing and Sponsorship Director, is the newest member of our team. A recent graduate from DePaul University in 2023, Francesca brings a vibrant and contemporary perspective to our efforts. As a driving force behind our outreach endeavors, she has led successful marketing campaigns
that seamlessly integrate with various social media platforms. Her innovative strategies harness the power of social media, creating engaging content and fostering a strong online community. Francesca's expertise extends beyond marketing, as she passionately directs our nonprofit arm, facilitating impactful collaborations and managing donation initiatives that contribute to the well-being of our community.
